Goldberg.  Mr. Goldberg has over 22 years of Law Enforcement experience to include Investigations, Polygraph Examinations, Dignitary/Personal Protection Assignments of Executives, Politicians and Celebrities. Mr. Goldberg has  consulted for Corporations large and small .  Mr. Goldberg was a former Hostage/Crisis Negotiator who is highly respected in his field of expertise in all aspects of the above topics. Mr. Goldberg has instructed and guest lectured and continues to lecture on all of the above topics, and more. His vast experiences in investigations include: Homicides, Infant Deaths, Sexual Assaults, Serious Child Trauma and Child Sexual Exploitation on the Internet, Pedophiles and Child Sexual Abuse, Domestic/Family related issues, Counterfeit DVD and Music CD Fraud, Corporate/Insurance Fraud,  and locating missing persons. This investigative experience allows Mr. Goldberg to provide all clients with the most professional and indepth detailed polygraph examinations around.  Mr. Goldberg has extensive experience in Interviewing and Interrogation and is certified as an expert in the field of interviewing. He also has been certified as an expert in the General District Courts and Circuit Courts of Virginia on the topic of Detection of Deception, Counterfeit US Currency, and Counterfeit Motion Picture DVD/CD Fraud. Mr. Goldberg has appeared in the 4th District United States Federal Court, and Circuit Courts of Chesapeake, and Virginia Beach, Virginia to testify on the topic of Polygraph Detection of Deception. Mr. Goldberg has been certified as an Expert in the field of Detection of Deception in the Circuit Courts of Virginia.

 Mr. Goldberg is certified as a Virginia State Private Investigator. He has instructed Criminal Justice related topics licensed by the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS).  He served as President for 4 years of the largest Crisis/Hostage Negotiators Association in the State of Virginia, called The Southeastern Virginia Crisis Negotiators Association.  He has trained and/or lectured to the following organizations on various Criminal Justice and Polygraph topics: Naval Criminal Investigative Service(NCIS), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Virginia Beach Police Department, Old Dominion University Police Department, Norfolk Virginia Police Department, National Organization on Child Services, CHKD Child Abuse Center, Norfolk International Airport Police,  Newport News Police, Williamsburg Police, James City County Police, Gloucester County Sheriff's Office, Norfolk Virginia Sheriff's Office, Petersburg Sheriff's Office, Chesapeake Juvenile Probation, Hilton Hotels, McDonalds Restaurant Chains, Virginia Public School System, Virginia Juvenile Justice Association and Chesapeake Juvenile Justice System.    

Mr. Goldberg graduated at the top of his class from the Virginia School of Polygraph. He is Board Certified by the State of Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation as a Polygraph Examiner. He has advanced training as a Forensic PsychoPhysiologist (in the Detection of Deception).  Mr. Goldberg has received one of the highest polygraph certification called Marin Protocol Certified. There are very few Marin certified examiners in the country with this credential. He has worked extensively with the United States Secret Service, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Naval Criminal Investigative Service, DEA, Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms in the capacity as a Polygraph Examiner, and Investigator.  Mr. Goldberg has appeared on numerous Television and Radio Stations providing expert advice on Polygraph Examinations. Mr. Goldberg has appeared in the Virgian Pilot Newspaper front page for Polygraph Examination as an expert on Relationship polygraph examinations. Mr. Goldberg  has  appeared on the cable TV show E-Channel True Hollywood Stories for administering polygraph examinations throughout the United States for Professional Women Athlete  Body Builders Association. Mr. Goldberg administers polygraph testing to all Fishing Tournaments to include the only Million Dollar Stripped Bass Tournament in Virginia Beach, The Virgnia Beach Tuna Tounament, the largest annual  Rockfish Shootout Tournmanent in Virgnia Beach every January and The Virginia Beach Billfish Tournament.  Mr. Goldberg has administered well over 2,500 certified polygraph examinations for all matters and issues of importance.  Mr. Goldberg is a member in excellent standings with the (APA) American Polygraph Association and (VPA) The Virginia Polygraph Association.
